Vitamins regulate metabolism and help in the conversion of the fats and carbohydrates into energy. Fruits and vegetables contain minerals that are necessary for the nerve and muscle function and are the building material for some body tissue.
A glass of Green Juice:
1 Apple
1 Pear
2 Celery
2 Orange
Handful of Kale
Small Piece of Ginger
2 Teaspoon of Chia seed
A glass of Bloody Beatroot:
1 or 2 Beatroot
1 Lemon
2 Orange
2 Carrot
Small piece of Ginger
