The intoxicating seasoning paste in this Eurasian stew may be used to flavor chicken, beef, lamb, or seafood.” A traditional eurasian dish influenced by the Portuguese and Dutch community in Malacca/Malaysia. This curry is typically made during the festive christmas season.

Quick and easy “A traditional meat pie served in Britain. It is made from stewing steak and beef gravy, enclosed in a pastry shell. Sometimes mixed vegetables are included in the filling. The dish is often served with “steak chips” (thickly sliced potatoes fried, sometimes fried in beef dripping).” An inspiration from the Food Bible video on making the simplest roast dinner pie.
