Since moving to London I have noticed that during these winter periods, my immune system becomes very sensitive – making me more prone to getting the flu and feel sickly for quite sometime. Lately, I’ve been slowly getting over a cold and constant head ache colds. By brewing my very own homemade lemon and ginger tea, I get to make it as strong or mild in flavour as i like.
